Landmark Engineering was founded in 1987 by a group of five professional engineers possessing considerable civil and site engineering experience. The company has prospered and continued to grow while providing professional quality surveying, engineering, planning, and design services for civil and site engineering projects. In 2009 the firm merged with locally and nationally recognized JCM Environmental (a Delaware firm since 1990), to expand its offerings to include the environmental sciences. Landmark/JCM's staff is comprised mainly of graduate and registered professional civil and environmental engineers and land surveyors, scientists, CADD technicians and survey field crews.

Landmark/JCM performs planning, site design and environmental services, from site capacity analysis and due diligence, to schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimates and assistance in obtaining approvals and permits from Federal, State and local agencies, to a wide variety of construction phase services for commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, residential and transportation projects. We specialize in:

QA/QC. Each project is under the direct management of a principal of the firm. Project scope, direction, and technical content are the responsibility of that principal. Each principal can call on additional senior staff for assistance, and has ready access to a support staff of experienced civil designers, survey technicians and CADD operators. This procedure insures a functional and cost effective product within the time and budget criteria established with the client. Quality control is the responsibility of a second non involved principal.
